For Good & Company

Website

A full site redesign for For Good & Company, built while working there as a web developer. I collaborated closely with the design team using Figma to shape the layout and overall look and feel. The site runs on Next.js and Sanity.io, giving the team a CMS to add case studies and manage the company page as staff change.

Summary

For Good & Company needed a full redesign of their site while I was employed there as a web developer. I worked closely with the design team throughout the process, using Figma to communicate and refine the creative vision for the layout and overall look and feel. Beyond the visual redesign, the site needed to support two ongoing content needs: the ability for the design team to add case studies as new work became available, and a company page where HR could add and remove team members as needed.

Solution

The site was built with Next.js and hosted on Netlify. Sanity.io serves as the CMS, giving the design team a straightforward way to add new case studies without developer involvement. The company page pulls from the same CMS, giving HR the ability to independently add and remove employees as staffing changes, keeping the team page accurate without extra requests to the dev team. Working closely with the design team in Figma throughout the process ensured the final build matched the intended creative direction before development began.
